Providence Place of Lancaster is seeking Resident Life Associates (Caregivers) to help improve the quality of life of our residents. Our RLA / caregivers assist our residents with care, companionship, activities, & their dining experience. We are an assisted living community & our residents’ range in care levels from Independent Living to Personal Care. We also service residents with memory impairment in our specially designed dementia neighborhoods.
Starting at $16.50 – $$19.00 Depending on Shift and Department. **Plus an increase after successfully completing the training and 60-day evaluation process.
Full Time: 12 hour shifts! Work 3 days one week – 4 days the next! Only work 14 days/months.
- 6:00am – 6:00pm
- 6:00pm – 6:00am
- Must be able to work EOW/EOH
 Minimum Qualifications:Â
- High School diploma or GED required
- Prior experience with seniors and/or dementia a plus!
