Leadership Academy

The PHCA Leadership Academy is a year-long program focused on building lasting leadership habits and thinking skills, not just tactics. It runs in two phases: the first half covers foundational skills like decision-making, communication, accountability, and influence, while the second half digs into performance-driving habits, helping leaders recognize and adjust behaviors that hold them back. The program includes eight one-hour virtual sessions, each followed by a few weeks of real-world application and a group coaching call to reinforce the learning, plus ongoing articles and resources throughout. In total, participants get 16 hours of instructor-led learning, capped off with an in-person Leadership Summit and a graduation and pinning ceremony. Faculty include executive coaches, professors, and experienced senior leaders.
