Director of Nursing

Green Meadows in Malvern, PA is looking for a Full Time Director of Nursing (DON, RN)

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct, supervise, and evaluate all nursing personnel (Unit Managers, RNs, LPNs, CNAs)
• Guide staffing procedures and ensure appropriate coverage
• Establish departmental goals and long-term clinical objectives
• Oversee admissions, nursing operations, and resident care procedures
• Develop and enforce policies to ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards
• Monitor departmental budgets and manage expenditures
• Address operational challenges and implement performance improvements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary departments to support resident care and facility operations

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous Director of Nursing or senior nursing leadership experience in long-term care
• Demonstrated successful survey history
• Strong knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations
• Proven leadership, team development, and communication skills
• CPR certification
